Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for Shangrilas Resorts is accepted. The Terms and Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the hotel’s official website or via authorized third-party services.
By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We may revise these terms from time to time. Your use of features of the site may also be governed by additional terms where applicable.
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full payment. Part-payments are accepted at the hotel's discretion and must be completed before check-in. Room tariffs are based on double occupancy and are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes will be levied as applicable.
Bookings through OTAs or Travel Agents are considered third-party bookings. Disputes must be raised with the respective third party. The Hotel is not liable for such claims.
Check-in time: 11:00 AM IST | Check-out time: 8:00 AM IST. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur charges.
Valid photo ID is mandatory for all guests. For Indian guests: Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License. For Foreign Nationals: Passport with Visa/PIO/OCI. PAN Cards are not accepted.
Maximum occupancy for standard rooms: 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children. Extra person charges apply. Children below 5 years stay complimentary. Breakfast is complimentary but location-bound and time-bound.
Visitors are not allowed to use in-house amenities unless permitted. Rooms cannot be used for hosting guests or parties.
The Hotel is not liable for cancellations caused by natural disasters, pandemics, lockdowns, or other uncontrollable events. Refunds will be honored only in certain conditions as outlined in the policy.
Guests are responsible for their own safety during activities, including pool and beach usage. No liability for injury will be assumed by the hotel.
The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen items or for services provided by third parties (e.g., taxis, boat tours). Guests are advised to insure their valuables and use safes if available.
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Port Blair courts and follow ICC arbitration rules. Complaints must be reconciled within 15 days or go to arbitration.
Guests waive rights to file complaints outside Andaman & Nicobar jurisdiction. Violations may attract a ₹2,00,000 penalty.
The hotel may prosecute defamatory content posted online. Terms & Conditions may be changed without notice. Guests are deemed to have accepted these by making a booking.
