Refund Policy

The following cancellation and refund policy applies to all bookings made with Shangrilas Resorts.

Cancellation & Refund Terms

Cancellation Timeframe Refund Policy
Cancellation received 30+ days prior to check-in 50% of the total amount refunded
Cancellation received less than 20 days prior to check-in No refund
Part-payment bookings cancelled 30+ days prior 50% of total amount refunded (initial payment is non-refundable otherwise)

Refund Process

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 working days from cancellation. Delays due to banking or technical issues are not the Hotel’s responsibility.

No refund will be provided for:

  • No-shows
  • Unused services included in the reservation
  • Cancellations due to lack of documentation or required approvals (e.g. for restricted-entry nationalities)

Force Majeure Cancellations

In case of booking cancellations due to natural disasters, government orders, or similar uncontrollable events, full refund shall be provided only if initiated by the Hotel. If the guest cancels, standard cancellation rules apply.
